What about an all inclusive resort? An all adult place without kids, so if you find somewhere to get a little naughty with your lover you won't have to be worried about giving an undue 'education'.

Someplace with great beaches and a nice big comfortable room. Lots of food choices and a place where you can do as much or as little as you like while you're there.

Hot & dry in the Southern areas
Hot & wet in the Northern

It actually depends on where you are traveling to.

Yes the tablets work!!! But use the little ear patch too just to be sure!
I just got off a cruise and the seas were really rough. I used whatever the tablet was that I got onboard and an ear patch too. My husband used over the counter dramamine with good results. There's also some accupressure wrist bands that some people swear by – I used them for two days but found them annoying – plus I had the pills and patches any way.
Book the cruise and get the patches and pills and you and your husband will be just fine! Put on the patch before you get seasick and it should prevent you from getting ill.

Never been to Cozumel but have been to Costa Maya. Costa Maya isn't really a place, meaning it's not on a map. It's a pier the cruise lines built when Cozumel was wiped out by the hurricanes. At the pier there is a tourist center. It's really nice. Lot's of shopping and bargaining, and a huge salt water pool. You can swim on the beach as it's all rocks. We took the Beach Break excursion. It was a really nice beach but was a 20 minute ride up the road. You could spend the entire day at the tourist center, but there's not really anything to do outside the gates. DO NOT drink tequila with the locals!!

Well, since the itinerary is the same, you are left with picking the most convenient port or the best ship. Since I don't know where you live, you'll have to decide which is the more convenient port.

As to the ships, the Holiday is around 46,000 gross tons (this is a space rating, not a weight rating) and was built in 1985.

The Fantasy is more or less a bigger version of the Holiday. It is about 70,000 gross tons and was built in 1990. Besides being bigger, the main difference between the two ships is that the Fantasy has a central atrium, while the Holiday does not.

Both are the first ships of their class. After the Holiday, Carnival built two more similar ships, the Jubilee (1986) and the Celebration (1987). The Jubilee has since been sold to a sister line.

After the Fantasy, Carnival built seven more similar ships. The last, the Paradise, was built in 1998 and is currently based in Long Beach, California.

Other than being bigger, you will find that the Fantasy is laid out very similar to the Holiday. In other words, if you cruise on one, then cruise on the other, you will have no trouble finding your way around the second ship.

While the Fantasy is bigger, it also carriers more passengers. So, I would say that your experience on either would be about the same. Pick the more convenient port and enjoy your cruise.

I suggest $100 to $200 and here's why. When you get to the port to check in the cruise line will set up an on-board cruise account that will charge everything you purchase on the ship (drinks, photos, internet access, souvenirs, and even gratuities) to the account. The ship is essentially cashless except for the casino and if you decide to tip a server who brings room service or give something additional in cash to your waiter and/or room steward. So the only thing that you listed above that you will need CASH for is gambling and purchases off the ship.

Whatever you take you can keep safely tucked away because your cabin will have a safe. Do take some one and five dollar bills so that when you get off the ship you can take some small bills rather than your whole roll. Its also good to have ones to barter with at the markets in Cozumel, and other places and for a taxi if you decide to take one to a beach.

Now here's something to remember. If you need additional cash there are ATM machines on the ship, BUT instead of using them and paying an ATM fee for the ship and your bank, go to the casino cage (where they make change) and request some cash; it will be charged to your on-board account but there is no fee because it is treated as a purchase/charge. I do this occasionally when I run short of cash.

That's my advice based on about 20 cruises.

Have not been on the Holiday but I have been on 3 others, And I have been to both Cozumel and Progress so I will help where I can
All Carnival Ships have a spa and I am sure you will find what you want there including massages
sorry I don't gamble so I do not know what the casino has other than the slot machines and card tables.
night clubs and music are different form ship to ship and there are more than one to chose from so I 'm sure you will find one you like.
Cozumel can be good for shopping and if you want higher priced thing like jewelry and leather good there will be a talk on ship to help.
    OR
you can enjoy the island they have a great park Chankanaab National Park this link is the best to describe it http://www.caribbeanportreviews.com/CozumelChankanaab.htm
and there are the Mayan ruins, on on the island is nice and you can get there by cab, it is low priced too, I have been there and enjoyed it. San Gervais
Progreso is fairly new to the tourist list and is still a sweet little Mexican town I took the bus tour they had and enjoyed the beach, but if you wish to see Mayan ruins this is the best place to leave from as it is closer to some of the biggest, but be warned if this is what you want get the tour through Carnival as if you are late in returning from a tour you get anywhere else they will not wait.

over all well we aer trying to plan our 4th in 4 years if that says anything,
Oh and the first was for our anniversery too, it was soooo wonderful I am sure you will have a great time, and i got a new camra for the trip too, it that is a hint you can start now on ;)
and again here is a link to the deck plan of your ship

I was on the Carnival Holiday in January 2001 when it was in Los Angeles. It was my second cruise and the first one I booked myself. The Carnival Holiday was built in 1985 and was fairly new compared to my first cruise (on a 40 year old ship).

The food was good. However, I have been on two Carnival cruises since, in 2004 and 2006 (and have two future Carnival cruises booked). Carnival has been working on upgrading its food, and now I would expect the food on the Carnival Holiday to be very good.

The ship is older (over 20 years old now) and is the smallest ship in the Carnival fleet. Still, I was impressed with its size (it was twice the size of my first cruise ship). My jaw just dropped when I realized that it has a full sized bus on board (as part of the Bus Stop Bar on Broadway – the ship has a New York theme).

Here is a picture of the Holiday …

    Enjoy your cruise.

    Haha hi again!
I don't think you will find anyone on here who is going on, I went on cruisecritic.com and met some people who were going on my cruise if that helps! All you have to do is make an account, go on the boards, and go to the part of that page that says "roll call". There they have all of the cruise ships, including Carnival Glory, and then you just find the date you are going and there you go! But the only bad thing is that there isn't a whole bunch of teens on that site, lots of adult, but maybe you will be lucky and find someone!
By the way, I am going on Carnival Liberty on December 5th. It's an 8-day cruise out of Miami and I am also SO PUMPED! :)
