1. Package price is not yet binding both parties depending on departure date, number of rooms and long trips.
2. Reservation Freezy Travel will contact you again about the detail room rates and availability. (Please provide email address and a valid phone number to facilitate our team to contact you.)
3. Down Payment is equal to 30% of Total Booking Package.
4. Acquittance package no later than 2 weeks before the departure date.
5. For cancellation can be done no later than 2 weeks before departure (to be refunded 50% of the total cost that has been received).
6. For cancellation of booking the package less than 2 weeks before the departure date, the cost can not be returned (bookings can be transferred to another departure date at the hotel / resort is the same).
