Before, traveling overseas can cost you a fortune. And to get a good and cheap air travel would require you to pull out several tricks just to make sure travel agents will give you what you want. But in the end, you have to settle for the rates that your travel agent has given you.
Today, to get cheap air rates whenever you plan to travel overseas it is not a great task. And with the help of the Internet, you can find several cheap air travel sites that can offer you deal that are really affordable. With a little navigation skill further, you can even dig dipper and get the best of the best deals available. To help you do this, here are some of the ways to get yourself a cheap air travel you have always wanted:
Do research. Do it thoroughly if you want. The Internet offers a lot to those who look closely and thoroughly. Visit several sites that offer cheap air travel deals. Use the search engine to pinpoint the sites that can help in your search. Read online articles regarding cheap air travel; they often offer several links that could lead you to travel agents that provide cheap air travel. If you have found a site, add it to your “favorites”. In this way, you can easily get back to it once you search for more sites. Compare the rates of all the sites you have chosen.
Sometimes, online research is not enough. If this happens, contact travel companies or tour operators and ask for cheap air travel rates or packages they offer.
Consider package deals. Especially if you are traveling for holiday vacation, taking package deals would give you cheap rates. When you arrange this, include to the list your plane tickets, hotel accommodation, car rental and other necessary itineraries like food coupons you think might help to lower the air travel rates.
Travel in a group. Several cheap air travel agencies offer big discounts when you travel with a group. If you are traveling alone, join open groups. Although you might not know who’s with you, you can always choose not to be with them.
Travel during off-peak season. Air travel rates are a lot cheaper when you visit a country in its off-peak season. Usually, the summer season is the most expensive time to schedule your trip. Except summer, you can get cheap air travel rate throughout the season (depending on the popularity of the destination).
Buy return flights. Although it is always a practice to buy return flights, you still cannot disregard the savings it could give to you. Buying two one-way tickets are more expensive than the return air tickets.
Make you flight open. Tell your airline operator that you are willing to get bumped. If you are after discount, this is for you. You might not get your scheduled flight but you can get discounts you can use on your next flight.
Fly on one airline. In this way, you can accumulate miles of points where you can use on your next flights.
There are more tips you can use to get cheap air travel but generally but the mentioned above is the most common. Be sure to do at least one or two and you are surely on your way to other country without spending so much.

David, back at you, thank you for your time, thank you for constructive comments and mutually conscientious concern.
Do I still think the same way, yes.
Will this help those with closed minds change their minds, I hope so.
My name is Richard, thank you for your contribution, and don't give up.

Firstly, may I commend you on your English. It is better then some English people!
I fould your article very interesting and an eye opener. One of my hobbies is travelling, and not only seeing but immersing myself in another countries culture. (I speak seven languages due to this, all with regional accents).
I think the problem with Iran is UK and USA politics and media and bad advertising! Russia has also had bad press (although not as bad as Iran) and you wouldn't believe you were visiting the same country you'd heard about and expected.
I think eventually, when the lies in politics catch up with the bullies, war crimes will be justly punished, and Iran can become a popular tourist location is clearly deserves to be.
I have some Iranian friends here (in UK) and they voice simular opinions to you.
I'm interested in other responses you get to this, and your comments on them. All the best

I hope, wish, plead, that people think like you. It's nice to see someone saying nice things for once.
Though, the media is what people get. Do we know if ANYTHING the media tells us is true? Of course not. But we take it as such. Could what you're saying be false? Sure, just like the media. It's almost a blind faith in the reports given to us, but really, it's all we have.

Thank you. I now see a Iran from a different point of view, an unbiased by the media view. Thank you for taking the time to explain to the rest of us what the media is unable to show. Now if the rest of the world could be shown your Iran from your eyes we would all be better off.

I must admit this was pretty long, but you kept me intrigued. I am soon turning 17 and am very interested in world relations and politics. At first, I was scared to believe what you were saying. I don't like to be suckered in to what people say, particularly such things as the media. However, as I kept reading, you truly sounded genuine.
I've always wondered what a country's citizens thought of another country's citizens. I despise the fact that we base our feelings of another country on the people running it. I don't know you. You don't know me. I have no right to hate you until you do something to me personally.
I do believe that the media here in the U.S. distort what people say, whether they be celebrities or political leaders. I don't think it's right and I don't think it's fair. All Americans aren't stupid. All teenagers like myself aren't stupid. We non-ignorant Americans can see that there is something wrong with the way foreign relations and domesic issues are handled. I feel sorry for us.
It's good to know Iran is much better than what we are told everyday. I feel rather inferior knowing there's a kid who's created 72 inventions.
However, it's good to know. I'm glad to hear about Iran from an Iranian. Maybe I'll come visit…

In my University I was making like a mini congress and I was Iran.
I think that Iran is the best. It has a lot of tecnology and Mahmound Amadinejad is the best president in Asia. Iran is the most cool country! and it has a nuclear program, that my opinion is that having a nuclear program is just great and scientist can make A LOT of things like shuttles with nuclear motor, and things like that.
I love Iran!! is the best!!
COOL COUNTRY!
And the best part is that Mahmound's ally is Venezuela: Hugo Chavez!
XOXO
Andrea Ruiz, from Colombia!! wow!

Very interesting. There is a fellow in our neighborhood who is Iranian and his family is still there but he travels back and forth as he managed to get American citizenship through the company he works for. He shows pictures of his family and they don't look any different from people who live in the U.S.
Sometimes I go to an Iranian restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona and the food is delicious. It is run by a family who came to America in the 1940's and this is the third generation of people running the restaurant. Grandma still comes in to make a delicious pudding on occasions.
You should know that it is the stereotypical idea of most Americans to lump all people into groups. During the 1800's all Native American tribes were lumped together and what one tribe did, the white Americans thought all Native Americans did that and as a result many wonderful Native American tribes were wiped out. Of course there were some tribes who were hostile, murderous and tortured people for fun but there were only a few like that. Most were peaceful, nature and family loving people as most people in the world are.
I appreciate your long writing and want to copy it and pass it around as I am sure that what you say is true. I know that Iranians are intellegent and that is a challenge to the economics of the U.S. As most leaders in the U.S. are in the business of making money, they most likely resent the challenge of higher intellegence and inventions in medicine. It does seem to be the way of the U.S. to not reveal much valuable information on our news broadcasts. In my opinion, a naive people are easier to control.
I am a white, female American and I have noticed that the most ignorant Americans are also the most arrogant, the most fearful and the most dangerous. The more intelligent Americans are less confident, more cautions and yet less fearful. We have a saying in America… "The more you learn, the more you learn that you have to learn. The less you know, the less you know that you need to know."
I too, would like to see both nations getting along but our leaders will not tolorate that as there is great money to be had by the building of war machines. We must always remember that what the people really want in their heart isn't what the leaders what for us. We are sold a bill of lies and the public who buys it becomes violent, fearful and hateful. I'm a true believer in thinking with the heart and not in believing everything we are told.
NO XENOPHOBIA!!!
Thanks for writing and giving us real news.
By the way, I copied and pasted this into a document that I can print and pass around for people to read. I'm a music and an English teacher. I will let my junior high students read it and give comments. I will post it on other places on the internet that I find appropriate. Thanks for telling the real news and giving such wonderful web sights. I love the truth and know that American television isn't providing it. (You know, Yahoo may very well delete your account for this. The least you can expect is that your question will be deleted as it can be deemed as "not a question". So sorry.)

I thought you statement was a great read and I believe you. The media has a way if twisting and spinning the facts. The US administration had been deluded to think our influences has more value than the culture we are trying to influence. Iran want to be in the modern age and should be looking for ways to do it. Even if, and I am not saying it is true Iran wants to defend it's sovereign nation it is a good idea to have a good weapon as a deterrent against aggressors. We in America need to understand Iranian culture, and I hope many people read what you have written. I did want to say that your web site's are not coming up with any reasonable wait.
